Over the past thirty years I've examined just about every kind of fitness and weight-loss program out there. How to Get Started in our Zen Ultra-Fitness Program

Assuming your Application Form is approved, you'll be invited to attend our free Zen Ultra-Fitness Program's Introductory Enrollment Class and Tour held on Saturday mornings at 8:30am sharp.
At that class and tour I will meet with you and other applicants to take you through a short introductory class, review the various schedule and tuition options, answer any additional questions you may have about the program, and give you a tour of our top-notch facilities.
Upon receiving your application by e-mail, our staff will carefully review it. If your application is approved, we will e-mail you back to invite you to the next available Saturday morning Introductory Session. Please do not come without a CONFIRMED reservation.
